Reserva do Bosque House
Reserva do Bosque House
Reserva do Bosque House
description
Residence in a gated community for a young couple with two small children, on a steeply sloping terrain, with a total level difference of approximately 12 meters. The plot has two of its boundaries bordered by a native forest and, in its central portion, several specimens of the Araucaria pine tree. The terrain led to linear occupation, concentrating most of the built volume near the boundary with the neighbor, in order to avoid the existing trees. The manipulation of the form led to the creation of several terraces and covered verandas, which open up to the views and to nature.
